These cups are adorable! They're my favorite thing from the entire glaze load. Unfortunately, the purple crystalline glaze on the top rim isn't food safe, but they make great paintbrush water holders!
In with my studio purchase I found a jar of broken up dried glaze pieces. I sprinkled it on top of this square piece just to see what it would do. SUCH a cool effect, but definitely not food safe--no telling what's in there!
On the day of the open house, a lady picked out this piece and asked me to paint it. I used bisque stains. I think it turned out GREAT! I'm sure this is the only rabbit she'll want in her garden though...
